You can delete your RPG Habit account at any time, along with all the data linked to it.
From the app
This is the easiest way: open the RPG Habit settings, the option to delete your account is there. You won’t need this form.
Without the app
No longer have the app, or can’t access your phone? Fill in the form with your account’s email address. We’ll write to you at that address to check the request really comes from you, then we’ll delete the account.
What gets deleted
- your account and its email address;
- your username and your character;
- your quests, your streaks and all your progress.
Deletion is permanent. Your data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days at most, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer. Chat and guild messages may be kept a little longer if a report or moderation process is ongoing.
